Sometimes it’s like everything looks normal but some big issues are dormant there without any sign and symptoms……
Few days back a patient came to me with only history of something is there during defecation but when I examined nothing was there so I advised for further colonoscopy to rule out some pathology which is not visible by naked eyes and when the final report came even I was surprised……………. Cancer of the lower GI Tract without any symptoms in a absolutely healthy person………….
So may be fortunate to diagnosed at early stage as mine point of view or Unfortunate as patients aspects to have cancer………..
So life is highly unpredictable …….So be careful even about for the smallest hint which God is giving to diagnose diseases….
